Shipping and Returns

How much will carriage cost?

Carriage is based on sizes, quantities and weight of the items ordered and is calculated automatically by our system. Our carriage options are listed below.

Royal Mail Delivery - 3.95(GBP)

Once processed, orders will be despatched from our Warehouse via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service at a standard delivery charge of 3.95(GBP)

Courier Parcel Delivery - from 9.95(GBP)

Once processed, orders will be despatched from our Warehouse via Parcelforce at a standard delivery charge of 9.95*(GBP). This applies where none of the items ordered attract a fixed carriage and the total weight of the order does not exceed 30kg. Where an item on the order attracts special fixed carriage, there is an additional charge; this is displayed on the product page and will be applied at checkout.

This additional charge may not be added at checkout; however, if applicable a member of our sales team will call you before processing the order to check you are happy to proceed.

Delivering Outside the UK

We are happy to arrange delivery for you outside the UK - place your order using the BACS payment method and we will contact you with a delivery price once we have contacted our courier.

Fixed carriage items only

Where an order only contains items with fixed carriage, the carriage payable is calculated per item so 3 items with fixed carriage charge incurs a cost of 3 x the carriage charge. In some cases we are able to reduce this multiple cost so please call our sales team who will be able to advise. Fixed carriage items can take slightly longer to be delivered.

How long before I receive my goods?

Depending on where you live, the estimated delivery period varies. If your items are in stock, they should be with you within 3-5 working days. If your order is particularly urgent, we advise that you contact a member of our sales team.

 Please note that items such as clothing and heavy or large equipment take on average 15-20 working days to ship and are not covered by our standard delivery periods.

Additional Information

Currently we deliver to the mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands only. Please make arrangements to accept the goods on arrival. If any of the items ordered are out of stock, we will advise you via telephone or email. Please ensure that a telephone number is provided in order to contact you if necessary. All goods ordered are offered strictly subject to availability. All deliveries must be signed for and are despatched with an itemised Delivery Note. Care should be taken when unpacking deliveries.  Some items may be subject to longer lead-time. Times and dates given for delivery are estimates only and are not a binding contractual obligation. Out of stock items will be despatched as soon as they become available. Teach Cricket will not accept responsibility for any direct or consequential loss or damage caused by any delay or advance in delivery.


If you find that an item needs to be returned to us, please contact us immediately on receipt of delivery. You must inform us that you wish to return any item as soon as possible. Please contact us via to arrange collection on a date convenient for you. We can then issue you with replacement goods, raise a credit note or refund the card that was used upon when placing the original order. Items returned within 14 days

By law, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 14 working days after the date the item is delivered. The Consumer Contracts Regulations are designed to protect customers who are not physically present with the seller at the time of purchase. They cover purchases made via email and the internet, together with telephone and mail order. The return postage cost is payable by the customer. If you require an exchange, please place a new order accordingly.

Re-Stocking Charges

If clothing is returned to us there is a 10% charge, so we advise you to look at the size guide prior to placing an order. Items that have a C+ beside them in our printed catalogue or fixed carriage on our website, will incur re-stocking charges. This charge is dependent on each item and weight, but generally it’s 20% of the value of the items returned. Please contact the sales team to discuss the costs involved.

Missing/Damaged Goods

If when you receive delivery there are damaged or missing items we need to be informed within 5 working days of the date of delivery to enable us to rectify this. Failure to do this within the specified time could result in refusing to resolve any issues.
