Prices are shown inclusive of VAT. All prices exclude delivery charges. This will only be charged at cost and an exact price will be given at the time of the order.
Orders are subject to availability and remain the property of Teachcricket.com Ltd until payment has been received in full. Orders which have been accepted for goods of a specific design, size and/or material, cannot be cancelled.
Teach Cricket has made every reasonable effort to present a good image of the product. However, it must be noted that the images on the site are not necessarily an exact replica of the product. Always check the description and details to be sure of the product. Teach Cricket reserve the right to change product specifications or to supply substitute items of an equal or superior standard in respect of unavailable goods.
Teach Cricket must be notified of damage or shortage within 3 working days. Notification concerning non-delivery of all or part of a consignment must be made within 5 working days from the invoice date; otherwise no claim can be entertained. On no account should customers attempt to return goods without following procedures outlined by the company at the time of notification.
Private customers will be required to make full payment for products before they are despatched. We accept all major credit cards via Sage Pay. We are able to offer UK Schools a 30 day credit facility. If payment is not made by the due date, Teach Cricket reserves the right to charge interest per month compounded monthly and to charge reasonable costs to recover any arrears. Further supply of goods will be suspended. Any other action will be taken as necessary to recover the debt and any other costs incurred.
All sports and methods of exercise are potentially hazardous. It is the individual's own responsibility to learn and understand the proper techniques associated with the use of any products offered by our company and to fully accept and assume all risks, damages, injury or death which may result from the use of such items. Whilst we strive to inform, we do not pretend to substitute for the professional instruction of a qualified expert.
